Hi Guys
This is my first post but im sure its been replicated hundreds of times.
I'm looking for a bit of advice, before university i took out a Burtons store card (Arcadia Group) and dude to a small error on my part i have stacked up a few 'late payment' charges of £12-£15, are these reclaimable?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated
