can you get broadband with pay as you go package

A friend of mine has dialup on payg and would like broadband on payg as they rarely use the net. He needs it for business emails and for banking. Current dial up takes most of day to do banking.

The minimum cost is £11.75 per month. Contract length is one month.
There is an initial activation cost of £69.95.

I used to be with them and had no problems. I only moved elsewhere to get an unlimited service.
