Adding credit to VoIPBuster

Has anyone else had trouble adding the é5 to their VoIPBuster accounts for unlimited calling? Whenever I try to add credit (tried with NatWest Switch, Abbey Visa Delta, NatWest Mastercard, Barclaycard Visa, Capital One M/Card and Egg VISA) I get the following message:
We've send [sic] you an email with an verification link. Please activate your account! This transaction will not be processed.
I never got a verification email - only one with my user name and p/word. I can make free 1 minute calls fine but I want to make unlimited ones. Also when I try the "Contact customer services" link it asks for my user name and password (password not starred when I put it in) then says page not found.
Anyone else having these problems?

I had a similar problem, until I eventually realised Norton was treating it as spam and putting it straight into the spam folder, doh
