Simple question - deposit limit for 2 accounts?

Hi - I'm about to open my 2nd ISA, and am hoping to pay in the £3600 limit on opening the account.

I also have an isa which was opened last financial year, and would like to add a sum into that account also.

I'm wondering whether the £3600 limit applies to each separate account (ie. I can pay £3600 into both accounts - totalling £7200) or whether the total I can deposit into both together is £3600.

You cannot add any to last years ISA just this years.(April 2008 to April 2009)

This is the first year ISA's have a £3600 limit, previous years it was only £3000.

You can only deposit to the 'currently open' account (last year's is closed.) The £3600 limit is total, per year.
