Poor bumper respray?

If this was an insurance job I'd try make a big hassle with the insurers.
If the place that did it is respectable, they should be happy to re-do either FOC or at most at cost, as they will not want their good business image damaged.
Here's a thread I have read of someone having a similar experience http://briskoda.net/forums/general-car-chat/b-p-rolls-andover-don-t-go-there/95289/
Hi Anewman,
It has been like this since I purchased the car, I just thought the bumper is normally a different shade than the bodywork but looking at other focuses that are the same colour this is deffo not the case."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door"

Its pure economics really, is it offensive enough to your eye to be worth £150 to rectify?
I know what I would do, wait, untill I or someone else scratched the bumper. Sods law dictates, for me anyway, that if I had it done next week some **** would scrawp it at Tescos:mad:I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.
Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)
Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed0 -

Already spent £120 doing the side strips so I may as well get it finished.....I am always looking at it and thinking something aint quite right...oh yeah the sodding bumper!:rotfl:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

i would get it done, because when you go to sell the car some potential buyers may be put off as the may think the car has been crashed. there plenty of focus' out there to choose from so it will make selling easier....work permit granted!0

Yeh your right mate, I could have probably got away with it if the colour difference was subtle but judging by the comments above it obviously isn't! :rotfl: :rotfl:"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Just booked the car in for next Friday. Might get the handles colour coded as well!"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

I had the bumper resprayed yesterday and here are the results. What do you reckon?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door"

Looks a lot better, would really need to see it from original angle to check it is right though, but certainly much better than Stevie Wonder Bodyworx who done the first paint job0
