I notice lots of people get deliveries from supermarkets, I've always worried they may send stuff which I wouldn't choose:eek: , does anyone have any problems like that?

p.s. is there a delivery charge?

I hope MrsMc doesn't mind my posting this, but there was a message from her on another thread I frequent. The news has been the worst I'm afraid, with the passing of both her grandmother & her sister.

I would like to express my deepest sympathies to MrsMc & her family, & hope she & they will gather some strength & comfort from all her MSE pals.

I was so sorry to hear this. I hope she is ok and will be thinking of her, and her family. x

They always let you know if any substitutions and you can send them back if you're not happy, there is absolutely no probem with this and the money is always refunded promptly - with tesco anyhow. Cost of delivery varies from £3.75 to £5.99 - tues and wed late pm are always cheapest. And you can normally get codes for £5 off or whatever. I think it's great personally. And greener too :)

hiya, naa its not a silly question,:D i use it with fab con,BUT have also used it with a few drops of essential oil when i ran out of fab softener,it smells for only a couple of mins,(i have bought a twin tub so can tell how long smell lasts)it really is great, imo.x

Just wanted to add, I presume you use white vinegar Zoe, but I thought I should say, as I told a friend of mine that I use vinegar in this way before and she put malt in... Oooops, so now I always make a point of saying 'white' just in case... :p Hope you didn't mind me adding that bit...
