For anyone up in Norfolk there is one at Cromer.
For anyone in Herefordshire there is one in Hereford.
Get on the R & R and reserve them until Monday.

    Regards,
    Martini

    Thank you for your help.

I have reserved the one in Hereford. I can't believe they are still available, I reserved one at Banbury the week the Argos thing started, but when I got there they were charging full price.

I had to send one to the States & the postage is the same. :(

Friends are flying down to Oz for Xmas so they will be checked into the hold of the aircraft. No sign of snow down there at the mo! 8)

I'm here! Has edinburghlass gone yet? ;)

I HAD to go to bed early (ish) last night. I couldn't take the pace anymore. :D

Ok, at the risk of it going straight to her head......yes edinburghlass is a pet! As she said in one of her earlier posts, you do get a feel for a person and an impression whether you can trust them or not.

I have the odd qualm now and then about dealing with complete strangers but I believe most people are good and honest so I usually take the risk. I have not had any problems at all (hope that's not famous last words :-X ) and I'm very grateful to the people who took me on trust too, it is after all a two-way thing.

Btw, edinburghlass in particular is also very caring. She has a deep concern for the state of my purse, this can be seen by the way she follows me around the boards 'shouting' at me every time I post about buying something. ;) I do believe my other half may well be paying her mind you.... :D

Now I have to go just check out the list one last time.............. ;D

I just got one of the fold n roll things yesterday - seems quite substantial, although haven't unpacked it.  Tried to order it for home delivery from their website, as its free delivery at the moment, but surprise surprise, they didn't have any in stock for that, and I had to pick up (too much temptation!!!).

Anyway, still managed to do well out of the deal - I went for the special offer they have on for Playskool things - buy 2 and you get a "Pound n Cheese" (modern "thump a rat!!") free.  I got them all confused though (god knows how  ;D), and ended up getting 2 rodent walloping things free!  Who was I to argue?  (well, I did for a while - weird or what?!  but I gave up in the end and told them I'd have it!!).  :P

I also Managed to get the Playskool fold and roll toolshop thingy, but price has now gone up to £9.99, and also the Leapfrog Shopping trolley at £17.49. They both look really good value for money, and also to boot was given two thump a rat toys!!!

Whilst in the Reading forbury store yesterday I spotted a woman with a huge handwritten list of numbers, punching them into the stock checker. I wanted to ask if she was an MSE'r but chickened out. I also met her at collection with a receipt as long as your arm, practically buying up the store.

I managed to get one of these for £4.99 on Thursday, I also picked up a "Toytastic Christmas" leaflet in store and the workshop is in there for £4.99, and it says offers valid until 24th December.
If Argos try to charge you £9.99 see if there's one of the leaflets instore and show them that.
