Body Shop brushes are regularly rated among the top in magazines and are highly regarded by make-up artists. Pretty reasonable too, compared to other brands.0

I use a set of kids painting brushes I bought in Lidl for 99p. They are really good for lips as they are very small and fine!0

ELF eyeslipsface.co.uk have a good priced range of brushes. I have read about them in numerous posts in the forums. Might be able to grab a voucher code too if you search the voucher forum.
