e2save price match last cash back

hi, i'm newbie here. i got a 12 month free cash back deal from e2 save 17 of last july, it was connected at 23 of july (as i ported number from orange), and billing date is 27 every month. i was asked to send the 4,6,8,10,12th month bills. as advised by my freinds, actually, i sent the 5,7,9, 11, 13th bills. i have successfully received the check for month 5,7,9 and will send the 11th, tommorrow. i am deciding to cancel this contract, after 12 month, and should give notice to o2 1 month before the end of contract, is that right? how can i get the 13th month bill and claim the last cash back? thanks in advance

    It's not O2. It's cpw O2. Expect difficulties; ignore them and send a written notice up to two months before the anniversary of the start of the contract to the Southampton address given on the relevant thread. You should get a 13th bill to send; if not call cpw O2 as soon as it's "late" arriving.
