(((Hugs))) for having a pants day yesterday Luceille.

I second what Seaxwyn said. I bet when it comes to it your kids will love helping their dad at the showroom and especially 2 days at home on their own doing what they want! From what you write on here your kids have a great childhood ...all that countryside and your lovely cakes...not to mention 2 obviously loving and hardworking parents! And seeing their parents setting up their own business will be setting them a good example for their futures!

hope you get you get out in the sunshine today and don't spend it all doing chores

EyeBright have you got a diary?

    xx TC

Just started one today TizerCat! :D

Hope everything is going well for you today Luc, and everyone else here reading the diary! x

    Hi L.

Sorry your dd made you feel bad. She'll still have a great summer, as others said countryside and loving parents. I realize from what you've said about your Mum before that your childhood can't have been so great but you are not your Mum and you're doing brilliantly.

    Good luck with the opening.

Hi V, how's you? Well I checked at work that I could do a 3 day week and they were ok, in fact the office manager said that would work better. That means I can move my days to fit in round OH and the children only have 1 day a week to amuse themselves accompanied by a large list of jobs just in case they get bored.

OH was supposed to have a course today but after he arrived they realised they had double booked him and he'd already done it. So they offered him 8 hours pay and take the rest of the day off so he high tailed it over to the workshop/showroom.

Work was ok, glad its over til tomorrow anyway.

Sounds like that's working out well for then. Long may it continue.

I'm fine thanks L, but although I love the sunny days I'm feeling a bit like a wet dish cloth with the humidity.

Opened on Monday, but access is still limited as they are still block paving the forecourt. Also still got a delivery to come in tomorrow and 2 weeks to go until the horse trailer is delivered. OH managed to sell some grease and we have repairs in.
