What are house prices doing in your area and what is the timescale for slaes on houses loke the one you want? Might be worth doing a bit of homework the better to bargain with, although i know the vendor is saying he doesn't need to sell any time soon.

Work went ok last night and in again today. Got up early to make Pavlovas to take in with me, need to get cream and fruit on my way in. Also had a major crisis and run out of tea bags, I like 2 cups of tea in a morning and then its coffee.
Decided not to view the house again as I really don't think they are serious about going. OH had a long chat and said we are interested and to phone when they have found a property. Heartbreaking but never mind. Got to be something out there for us. Just wish it would put in an appearance.

They were some of the best ones I've made, crispy then go all gooey round your teeth, very lip smacking. Still gutted about the house but till they really make their minds up and find something that floats their boat nothing we can do. Very tired after a long 9 hour day and have a headache lurking.
