Have cooked a roast chicken dinner and whilst the oven was on DD2 made a chocolate cake and I made some falaffel ready for lunch next week. Hypno has given me a recipe to use up some spinach I've got, so might poddle off and do that.

I have a wonderful recipe for spinach - goes like this - chop, open bin lid, tip in ....

I loathe spinach having been force fed it as a child - I love all over veg though !

I'm feeling very pleased with myself indeed. I plucked up courage and asked for a payrise today. Boss didn't say no out right and was thinking about it anyway. I'm hiding in the office as I've got wi tonight and the chaps are scoffing bacon and eggs. Trying hard not to slobber down my jumper.
