    Well done on the weight loss. Funny when you think youve done rubbish youve still lost. That must be the guilty conscience thing kicking in. Great that youre doing so well. Im doing ok but not as well as I was last month, just trying to be more aware of what Im stuffing in my gob. Going commando for the weigh in sounds like a good idea think I might try that one too. :rotfl:

    Busy old day today, work is manic as office manager is off until his wife has her baby and she is waiting for a slot so she can have a section. This could possibly be tomorrow but I'm not in. Off to Edinburgh to the Highland show, I'll give you a wave Beanie!

    Have been naughty and just bought 2 tickets to see AHA in November. Its their last ever tour and I was a big fan so couldn't resist. The other girl from my office is coming with me as she can remember them. Its actually Surfbabes fault because she has been to see Scissor Sisters and I was looking for them. Well that's my excuse...........

    Todays menu as follows:
    30g branflakes 1.5 (spot the theme yet?)

    2 eggs 3

    salad

    50g roast potatoes 1.5
