Well off for weigh in shortly, deep joy. Can't really see it being good news. What is it about weigh days? I've been ravenous all day and could quite happily have woofed anything down that was shoved under my snout. DD1 came home with flapjack she had made at school, Have I resisted and said 'no darling' not on your nelly I was fighting my way to the box before the other sproglets got a look in.

Came into the office out the way while they had their tea and OH helpfully comes in chomping on a cornetto. Must go and change top as I've drooled down this one.

I have made the ww veggie moussaka courtesy of Hypnos recipe for tomorrow nights tea. Looks pretty good but I'll have to stretch it to feed 6. Also going to Lidl tomorrow to stock up on fruit and veg.

Best go and get ready. Note to self...... take off all jewellery and go commando! Every little helps. (OH thinks the last bit is a good idea)

Somehow (God knows) I have lost 2.5lb, bringing the total to 9.5lbs. I think may be this week I'm going to post my meals and points (rather like the tracker) on here and it might keep me on the straight and narrow. Thinking I might invest in the WW scales next week.

:rotfl:Ok its late - I've indulged in some 'longest day' gardening up here as it was only getting twilightish at ten to midnight. So I only came back in and parked my butt about 30 mins ago - but I got alot done :)

Anyway regardless of it being late your post made me splutter my herbal tea all over my laptop

Read the weightwatchers bit, snouts scoffing etc.

    Mousakka - yum

Then all I read was I need fruit and veg - must go to Lidls later...

Then I read this little gem

Best go and get ready. Note to self...... take off all jewellery and go commando! Every little helps.

I thought this was some new vegetable shopping strategy in Lidls:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:but you'd got the logo wrong (ie Mr T 'every little helps')- so I reread to check that, seemed a bit wierd - but was quite happy and unfazed you were going commando to the shops for your veggies lol, was about to see if it was some new MSE strategy which OH was very in favour of :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I think I need to go to bed!

Well done on the weightloss - I couldn't post on here what I ate in a day - I'd have to keep starting new diaries to keep up with my troughing of grub........:o
