NO ta to eau do horse
Woo hoo - to the employee of the month - well done OH
Any plans weekend wise?
I had a very quick email from Piq - The Captains fine and she's well although bonkers at work - thought of you when I was mailing as I know the expoits of the horses always made us chuckle.....Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
:money:Sleeves up folks.:money:0 -
Glad to know Piq is ok, tell her we miss her. As well as getting employee of the month and 50 quid he is also getting an extra £400 bonus, is there no end to my joy? Wonder if it will be in tomorrows wages? Won't be able to sleep tonight!!! Still no sign of my tax cheque. At this rate I'm gonna be debt free!!!!! (I wish). Actually once HSBC has cleared I am debt free as the rest is in OHs name!!!!!
Had a lovely day out with my friend. She had never been to the cash and carry (we know how to have a day out!) and was very excited about going (sad I know). I purchased:
a huge bag of tea bags £12.25
large bottle of soy sauce £1.25
2.5kg cheese £10.92
bacon £5.99
24 tins beans £5.88
24 tins chopped toms £6.55
12 tins of tuna £4.95
Also went to Lidl and spent £8.18, a fruit and veg stall, £6.25 and got a tankful of petrol and lunch out. Not everybodies idea of a day out but we had a good catchup and she enjoyed it as much as I did. As I had budgeted £100 for the cash and carry feeling mightily please I have come well under. Should only need milk, bread and a few veggies for the rest of the month.
Weekend, nothing much planned. DS2 has a friend sleeping over Friday night and DD2 has a friend sleeping over Saturday night. Do need to get some coal, which will be on Saturday before lunch as it closes.
DD2 has kindly shared her cold with me. I have a nose to rival Rudolfs and sadly I have no echinacea.
Managed to throw another tenner at the card. Roll on tomorrow and I might be able to clear the HSBC.
