Re the school costs - if it is "right" for you all to do, then you will find a way of accommodating the costs in your SOA. It might mean other things are sacrificed, compromises may be made, and other ways of finding income may need to be hunted down, but I know from having sent mine on so many "big" trips that if you want it enough, you will find a way for it to work.

Hypno, been thinking about DD and if its meant to be it will happen. Will probably sell the nags to free up some extra income. Have been thinking about this for a while.

Hope you find a way to manage the extra without selling the nags, that must be a hard decision to make.

Could you advertise for a rider share to reduce your costs rather than part with them totally or send them on loan with the proviso that you can ride them as and when you feel the urge?
