Sorry to hear about the car...things are always coming along to knock us down again..Try not to stress over it and you'll clear it off in a few months. With any luck it won't need anything doing to it for a while.

Hoping we are back in favour with the bingo Gods as I have won £45 and OH won £5. All been withdrawn and will be thrown at the car bill. Done all the ironing today as I imagine I might be a bit poorly tomorrow (works night out). Hoping not as I don't do being ill.

Have a good night L - remember, plenty of water and an aspirin when you get in, and if drinking spirits you're better with the occasional one with orange juice as a mixer rather than just sticking to something & coke as that helps top your vit C levels up. Likewise if you have any high strength vit C tablets in the house one of those before bed and another with a further pint of water in the morning should help. ;)

Glad to hear about your bingo wins too - I really wish I knew how some of you do it!

All tips gratefully received as I am a lightweight (drinking sadly, not on the scales) and most of the others are hardcore!

OH has just cooked a fabulous roast chicken dinner, which being the gannet I am I have woofed down. Should give the stomach some lining.

I'm a lightweight too L - I'm hypoglaecemic which means my body processes alcohol ridiculously slowly and hangovers can be a five-day long nightmare so I've got pretty good at managing it. The vitamic C tip is the best one I know and does seem to really work - you do have to team it up with plenty of water though!

Am ALIVE!!!!! I think I must be getting old for these shin digs. The thought of getting completely off my face and dancing on tables leaves me cold (is it me?). Got in about 2.00am, had a coffee and off to beddy dyes, only just dragged myself out of the pit but feel ok.

DDs are huffed and bored but not sure what to do with them. House is a tip (no change there then) but sick of spending every weekend cleaning. Better go and find something for lunch (only just had brekkies).
