Frugalpam - Don't worry about ebay, most people nowadays snipe, either using software to bid at the last minute or to manually bid at the last minute :)

Karmacat - I'm afraid I don't have a clue about mags, I have quite a few that are between 4 and 10 years old, popped them on ebay and some sold, some haven't. I tried lising them as UK editions with the celeb that's on the front or main interview to try and get some collectors/overseas buyers for them. Still have loads left though so if anyone does have some tips!

£6.60 from a couple of small ebay sales yesterday and I've just sold another small item on ebay today so will have around £4 from that too!

Karmacat-how do you sell on auctiva please? I use auctiva but it's a way of listing on ebay. I list on auctiva and load them up onto ebay. I know you can have a domain name etc but i thought it was all connected to ebay as opposed to being separate??
    Good luck with your challenge.
I think I should have at least a £4 sale today if nothing else-slowly but surely

    Hi All

I have sold another book on Amazon. Woohoo! Not a particularly high priced item but it is small and so won’t cost much to post.

I’ll be glad when I get my next payment from Amazon and it should be a biggy!

Nothing to report today other than I have booked to have my hair cut and coloured (I am going grey around the edges:eek: ), the salon I normally goes to charges me £62 for cut, colour etc but I am now too tight to pay that. I went to a different salon today and booked an appointment for next Wednesday with a trainee - all colour treatments are half price - I estimate that I will only have to pay £25 instead of £50:D

I have listed stuff on fleabay with a price of 99p but I want my designer clothes to go for more than that (I have watchers - I find that rather unnerving). Any ideas where I can sell my hardly worn designer clothes?
  • Have just had a nice surprise, i have just received a cheque from the shares that i sold in May. It is only £12.55, but every little helps, so am going to add that to my collection

RE Horace, i had a few items from Topshop a while back, which had been used and i put them on Ebay and i actually got more than i paid for them new from Ebay. So although you have alot of watchers, you will get lots of bids when they are nearly ending.
