Nothing from yesterday as we were away for our Anniversary at a lovely hotel. The accomodation and meal was free as gifts. Only paid for 2 drinks, a bottle of champers (well it WAS our Anniversary!!:o ) and room service charge for brekkie!!!

But I did save £5 on not having lunch at work!!!:rotfl:

Listed a collection of 42 rubber stamps on the Bay of E at 4.99 start price. have one bidder so far and 4 watchers so at least I know it will sell. But hoping for more than a £5 for them!!:o

Just made £1 from panelbase survey, £5 from lunch savings and will see how much more I can make today!!

  • Hi Horace

the best place for selling designer clothes are the clothes agencies, they sell them for you and just take a percentage of the profits, but they sell for a good price. It's a bit like an up-market charity shop!

Hi, after a good start from Quidco, I'm slowing down. I have shared transport to work three times this week so I'm counting them as a £2 saving each day. That increases my amount by £6 plus the free milk offer of 72p means I am up to £63.80 so far. This weekend I intend to list some items on ebay too so I hope they sell. Mainly my son's old games and some shoes, but I'll have a look at some clothes and see if there are any possibilities there.

  • Got £10 from a mystery shop yesterday, but I'm not adding it til the money hits my account.
Apart from that - listed a couple of books on Amazon and need to ebay some stuff - just need to get my finger out on that one!
I have a big craft fair coming up at the end of July so busy making candles like a mad woman and fingers crossed!!

Thanks debtgegone - just hope they don't leave it so late to start bidding, there won't be time for prices to hike!
Nothing doing today - must get clicking later on :j

Frugalpam - Don't worry about ebay, most people nowadays snipe, either using software to bid at the last minute or to manually bid at the last minute :)

Karmacat - I'm afraid I don't have a clue about mags, I have quite a few that are between 4 and 10 years old, popped them on ebay and some sold, some haven't. I tried lising them as UK editions with the celeb that's on the front or main interview to try and get some collectors/overseas buyers for them. Still have loads left though so if anyone does have some tips!

£6.60 from a couple of small ebay sales yesterday and I've just sold another small item on ebay today so will have around £4 from that too!

ok so I probably gone the wrong way about this but I have set aside £140 this month and will use this towards my challenge. Is that another way to make it count?
