Abbey Zero card - declined - why??
Comments
-
I applied for a zero % transfer card from Abbey, to transfer my mbna balance, as I am now paying interest omn that card. I applied 2 months ago and have been told that they are very busy and that my application is with the underwriters. Now I can't even get through on the phone. I have now paid two months interest. Is it a coincidence that mbna and Abbey are or were connected? I want to cancel the application as I have now applied online for an egg card. Again, that transaction seemed to halt when after the application form was submitted my browser just came up with a series of random letters. Are these card providers being deliberately difficult, or are they badly organised? Do they not want our business?0
