Credit file clean up after DRO
Does the same principle apply to your credit file clean up after a DRO as it does after bankruptcy? Should it be updated with a default date and a "Balance Satisfied" date as the discharge date of your DRO? Thank you

Hi just a query- looling into 5 year IVAs at moment. Also considering full and final ' one off' IVA- would this latter option be better than trying to negotiate individual settlements with creditors? Owe about £30,000 How would ' one off' IVA be calculated? Thanks

My DRO has ended!!!
SO my DRO ended today yay!!!!! I'm not completely debt free but so much better than I was. Can anyone help with my IVA? I entered into it in June 2006 and was expecting it to end next year...but I have just had my annual report and it has been extended for another 2 years and is now not due to end until 2013!!! I am not a home owner and have no assets...I don't understand why it has been extended???
