MSCS startup
Using ccleaner I discovered that MSCS was starting up every time I started my computer. I deleted it but every time I start my laptop MSCS appears to start automatically. I have no idea what it is (other than google suggesting it is a cluster) but I want rid of it if I can. Anybody know what it is?

Which order to get avast anti virus?

Remote control has stopped working?!?
The remote control for our Samsung surround unit has stopped working? It also plays dvds and usb it means we cant use it as the unit has only the basic controls...is is buy a new one or can I do something to get it to work. Oh I have changed the batteries and the control pad does light up?

Updating from Office 2003
I have Office 2003 on my PC (XP) and have the starter version of Office 2010 on my laptop. I would like to update the pc to Office 2010. Will 2003 update OK to 2010?
