Craft advice - punching holes
I would be really grateful if any of you crafty folks could give me some advice. I want to punch holes through foam and card but the holes from a normal hole punch are too big. Does anyone know of a simple way of making holes that are smaller than this? Thankyou very much funnyfreckle
