warning: making heating pads with pie weights

How do you present you hampers??
I am making a number of hampers this year. For my sister who is expecting a baby in January, for my niece and several others. My question is - after you have covered them in cellophane, do you wrap them again in wrapping paper? Or do you just wrap them in paper to start with? I am not sure the best way to go about it!!

Best Christmas Crackers?
I like crackers! :) But I always feel slightly let down if they've cost a lot of dosh and they've got real cheapo bits inside, or totally naff 'trinkets'. Has anyone found any good value ones, or any particularly 'innovative' ones - say Christmas crackers for gardeners or suchlike?
