Sole trader name?
I'm a sole trader and I've just thought of a great name for myself. But I'm not sure if I can use it - it's 'The XYZ Company' - obviously it's not XYZ but I don't want to tell you what it is in case someone steals it :D Can I use the word 'company' even though I'm not Ltd?

CCJ and liaibility insurance for building public liaibility insurance...
my partner got a CCJ by mistake - we are taking this to court to get this taken off but will undoubtedly take some time yet. I wonder if there exists any liaibility insurance for builders with a CCJ in his case as cannot find one at mo and we need to get on with some work and need the insurance policy. thanks
