Hi, I'm looking for relative low cost, or more likely Free outdoor banners for my local dog show.
we'd like to get a few more local sponsors or free rraffle prizes as well

Try approaching people like Pedigree for banners. It'd be useful to know who is going to benefit from the show, e.g. local dog clubs, charities etc.0

already Have ( Pedigrr no longer sponsor events. other than Crufts...
Its the local dog club, who are running the event...obviously...
I have already got sponsorship I was locking for help with getting cheap banners.. but hey ho..0
