C&G changed my address with me telling them
I recently moved houses. I made a list of institutions I needed to contact to tell them of my new address. I have an account with C&G, but because it has no online access, I needed to go into a branch to change my address with them. I definitely didn't do this yet because I didn't have time, but today I received my monthly…

Regular Dis-saver
Who said savings were boring? Here's an idea for a product: instead of a bank asking you to save £250 (say) per month for 12 months for a fixed interest rate and then you have to remember to withdraw the balance on the anniversary because the rate is now 0.1% (say) why can't this be reversed? So you pay your £3000…

Coventry Telephone Saver
Top rate for easy access and unlimited withdrawals. I'm thinking about it but I haven't seen any discussion here, which bothers me! One thing I notice is that to arrange withdrawals you have to call them. Maybe that's why it's called a Telephone Saver. Any experience with this account?

Beginner Investor - advice please
I'm looking at putting around £2000 on RBS shares. They are currently at 200p so what I am interested in doing is buying at 200p and selling at around 250p (presuming…

The pound is now buying 1.255 Euros. I can't see it returning to 1.30 so is now the time to drop a little into a fund in Euros? Can anyone suggest any such funds that invest in big Corps in Europe? I like the idea that if the pound weakens later I could make a little extra on the currency? Sort of hedge ;) Even a Euro…

Tax advice
Hi all Somehow I have amassed 150K in savings (inheritance and compensation for an attack). My aim is to get to 200K so that if I lose my job I can live off the interest. This year I had a payrise. I now earn 40.5K so I think my savings interest should push me into the higher rate band. But it's confusing... Of the 150K 35…
