Newcastle Building Society paying in, no Account number
Hello, I've a monthly saver with Newcastle Building Society. I have an account number with them, but I assume this would be a roll number on BACS etc. as it isn't a normal 8 digit account number. Nor do I have a sort code. Does anyone know if there's a central sort code and account number I can use with my Newcastle number…

Hey, I'm looking at taking a college trip next April, and will need to build up around £600.00 to pay for it. I'm going to be less likely to spend it if I can have an account to make monthly payments into. Would anyone be able to recommend a basic savings account for me? I'm 17. Cheers. :D

Investing 3 different amounts for 3 kids
I have £3500 (eldest child), £1500 (middle child) and £1800 (youngest) to invest for 3 children. They already have Save4It accounts each set up by a grandparent, and the two younger ones also have a few thousand in CTF's and the older has £3000 in NS&i bonds. I don't want them to suddenly access all their savings at age 16…

Please help MSE test revamped tool: Premium Bond Probability Calculator
Hi folks, We've been workiing on a big upgrade to our Premium bond Calculator. As well as a really funky facelift (hopefully you'll agree?!), we've now displayed the results in what is a hopefully much more user-friendly way, and added a second calculation (the right hand column) which lets bond holders see how lucky they…
