RBS Shares - Should I buy ?
RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) shares are now 29.4p, would this be a good time to buy with a long tern view of them going up and therefore a good investment (Long Term), or would this be a bad move as they could fall further ?. I’ve been to a couple of banks enquiring about investing the money for income – both have come back and said FSA rules don’t allow them to help me due to my circimstances, apart from savings accounts.
