Non taxpayer where to get best interst rates
Hi I am housewife and non taxpayer. My endowment has come to fruition and I have a large amount of money now earning O.o5% in an online bank. I also have an old ISA earning about the same. I don't want to lock everything away incase we need it. Any recommendations for high interst, safe, easy access for both.

Shortchanged by Halifax?
Last year I opened a Halifax Websaver Plus for my daughter with 9K. She signed a form as a non tax payer to get gross interest. We have just looked at her balance at it is only 9213.66.
