How long for accounts to come online with Halifax?

Hi all, I opened 3 accounts with Halifax over the phone Thursday evening:

Guaranteed Reserve 2 Year
Childrens Regular Saver
Save4it

I credit the accounts in-Branch on Friday (I was given the account numbers etc over the phone).

I put £970 into the GR and £1 into the Save4it, and today set up a standing order for 12 months into the RS.

I've logged into my account online, and all I can see are my Variable Web Saver (not in use) and old RS (closed).

I tired to "add the accounts" through preferences but it says "Unable to add"

Anyone had any experience with this?

Accounts are normally shown online the day after they are opened. So yours should all have shown up first thing Friday morning.

It's possible that they have created a second customer record for you. If you go into a branch or phone up, then they should be able to check, and merge them together if necessary.

If that fails, try the online helpdesk, 08456 02 00 00 (24 hours).
