Hi all, Just selling my house and have £100k+ equity after mortgage redeption, but can,t buy my next house for a month. So I need an instant access saving account to give me max interest for the intervening month. Any Ideas? Many thanks Ron

Is this a good savings Bond?
I've just came across Birmingham Midshires who have a 3 yr fixed bond at 4.65%, 90 days penalty on withdrawal amount. Anyone any opinions on this as I have a lump sum sitting waiting to be put into a Bond at the moment?
