reward Bond about to mature
I have had £5000 invested in Nationwide members reward Bond for 3 years. It's due to mature on 7/4/06 for £5626. N,wide says I can reinvest it at the same rate, 5.05% or draw all or part of it. I have not used up my tax free ISA this year, but this bond matures too late for that and I think I'll be able to use my ISA…

Barclays 10%
Hi I have just opened a saving account with Barclays, my current account is with them. I am saving the maximam £250.00 per month. Anyone considered or using Zopa to lend money with >5% rate?
I've just joined Zopa so I can get my credit score for free, as suggested by Martin in his credit scoring article. Meanwhile I've read up on how it works and it could provide a good way of making a higher rate savings account. I'm a bit confused why it won't let me borrow (I don't actually want to borrow). It says that…
