No paperwork for a old loan - can I still claim?
I called my bank to see if I had been sold any PPI products and they said I had once on a loan in 1999. They stated that they do not have any paperwork on file relating to this because it is so old. I no longer have any of the paperwork relating to this loan so can I still claim I was mis sold the PPI and make a claim?

Can ppi be reclaimed if joint account?
Is it possible for a wife to reclaim ppi paid on a joint loan? They had it while married but are now separated and not on good terms, so if it would involve needing both parties signatures she wouldn't bother.
