can anyone advise me if you have a welcome loan x 3 and 2 of them are repaid in full and the 3rd loan is current and has arrears is the lender entitled to refund the ppi on the fully repaid loans and off set it to the arrears on the current loan? is it worth taking the complaint to the FOS? thanks
