Help with recaliming charges
I have a large amount of debt wich escalated when I had to take maternity leave and although now back in work my income is considerably less. All my credit cards and unsecured bank loan had PPI's can I still claim even though I defaulted on them, although I am still making regular monthly payments.

Hi there, this is my first thread!!!! I took out a loan for 10k in Aug '07 with PPI payable as a lump sum added to the loan with interest.
