Hi again, i'm also claiming back charges from halifax but i'm claiming financial hardship so in this case would it be better to send it to the head office or to my local branch?

I made a successful claim against HSBC somewhere in 2006 for the previous six years of charges. I have now managed to close my HSBC account but wonder if I can reclaim the charges they placed on my account after the first claim?
