I'm trying to reclaim hundreds on behalf of my partner.
She is owed bank charges and recieved a letter a while ago stating an amount. the amount was fair she replied saying she'd accept and since then we've heard nothing
What do i need to do? I'm stuck not knowing where to turn and feel helpless against the Giants and don't want them to have OUR money
kindest Regards
Ben

How long ago as they usually take months to pay? Hope you kept a copy of the letter, give them a ring and ask what is going on.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T0 -

This was a long time ago. I will get her to call them the hardest thing is i want to speak to them to sort it but have no access to her account.
I'll get her to give them a call. I thought it had gone to the courts and that was it everything was on hold???
Hence why it's been quiet but if they are paying then i shall get on to them. It hasn't been priority as we've been busy with other things but it's top of the list now0 -
when your partner speaks to them, ask her to give permission for you to speak on her behalf. i usually do this for my husband.i keep losing weight, but it just keeps on finding me!!!!!!:D0
