accepted one settlment can i do it again

hi i recently received a sum for my bank charges which my partner told me to accept after a heated discussion as such but it fell way short of the total amount i had worked out previous is it possible to be cheeky and start the process again and request the charges again what i believe i am still owed ?cheers darren!
