Claim suspended - what does this mean?
I made my application for a claim with moneyclaim last saturday and have just noticed (like 5:30 so they are now closed) that it now says claim suspended. Any ideas as to what this means? Hope I haven't made a boo-boo as my summer holiday is riding on this (!)

I applied for my bank statements on 5 Jan 2007. They arrived towards the end of Feb. I used the calculator to add up my costs and claimed £2156.95 on 28 Feb 2007. I received a letter a week later saying they would get back to me in the next 8 weeks....... is this acceptable? Should I call them?
