Royal Mail Special delivery
I just wanted to tell people my experiences with the Royal Mail Special Delivery service as I think it’s failing like a lot of the Royal Mail services at the moment. The track and trace service for the Special Delivery on the net is almost useless as 9/10 times it comes up with 'Sorry we cannot trace this item at this time…

Council Tax & Court Summons
I received a court summons today for non-payment of Council Tax. The amount I had owing was £21.10 apparently from the first 2 weeks of the tenancy last July. They tell me that they sent a bill in April and I receive a letter dated 23rd August saying I owe £21 but not saying when from. I had ignored it for now thinking it…

Renault and passenger airbags
I'm due to have a baby in 3 weeks and drive a 2 yr old Renault Laguna with around 300 airbags. Well, maybe not quite that many but it does have quite a few! So the plan was to contact my Renault dealer to get the front passenger airbag disabled so that it would be safe for new baby to travel in the front. Now I know people…

BBC TV Licence fee (Freeview)
I live less than 10 miles from the capital city and yet can't get Freeview. I get so fed up with adverts telling me how wonderful it all is. I want it but can't get it unless I subscribe to SKY (no way would I give money to an Aussie who lives in America and wants to f** Britain over). I can only get BBC 1, 2, ITV and S4C.…

King Of Shaves
How many times do i have to fill in a complaint form on the K.O.S website - where they say they will get back to you in 3 days - before i get a response about a 'Fog Free Shaving mirror' that not only isn't fog free - but no longer acts as a mirror. I bought the damn thing in March and would advise anyone considering…
