14 or 28 days / 13 or 27 days - PCN
The council can't count The PCN gives example dates for when I should pay by 14 days for the reduced and 28 for the full. But there examples are 13 and 27 days away from the day the PCN was issued. 15/01/2010 28/01/2010 11/02/2010 Does this make my PCN invalid?
