Single Trip Insurance - How long for?
We are going away for 13 days this summer July 1st-July 13th. My question is how long should we arrange travel insurance for? If we arrange from 1st July-13th July, and the return flight gets cancelled/delayed for a couple of days, we would effectively be abroad without insurance in the "delay period". Also, if I am unwell…

So I've found the exact holiday I want with Thomson. 1 week in Turkey in a 4* Hotel Half Board for £335 per person in June. This site says I should try and get different agents competing against each other to haggle the cost dowm, but surely that would mean the different agents would have to be offering the same holiday,…

Friend booked tickets under wrong name
A friend recently booked flights to Edinburgh from London for me and 6 friends in April. I have one of those names that can be shortened without giving away it's a shortened version of a longer name [E.g. Kate can be Kate or short for Katherine. ]. To cut a long story short, this friend never actually realised my name was…

Should I renew his passport early?
My son's passport doesn't run out until summer 2009. We are planning to go to the US this summer, and I wonder if we should renew it this year (early) as the picture of him is sooooo young (he was a very young-looking 13 year old). I would hate to have any hassle getting into the US this summer! He is now a strapping 6ft…

Hello, I went to a county show a few years ago in Tabley, I recall that it wasn't the Cheshire Show it was a smaller version, but still had the falconry, equestian stuff and stalls.
