Toronto Car Hire Under 25 Deals...
Hi there, I am looking to rent a car in Toronto. However, due to the fact that I'm 24, there is a surcharge of $25 CAD/day (for a 9 day trip, this works out to $250 CAD inc. taxes). Anyone got any ideas on where I can rent a car without this surcharge? Thanks in advance!
