problem with my Spag Bol
When I eat Spag bol in a restaurant, the mince is usually very small pieces and separate. When I cook it ( although it tastes delicious) the mince sticks together in clumps, so I almost have to chew it. I brown the mince first in the pan, then add the sauce and cook, so how can I get it like the restaurants?

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Delia Smith cookery book ("The Complete Cookery Course).
