Parking Ticket advice please
My daughter had a letter this morning her reminding her of an unpaid parking ticket before Christmas. She is adamant that she has never had a ticket on the car. The letter wants her to pay the fine or go to court what should we do, there is nothing on the letter regarding appealing against the penalty.

Should I be wary?
I have never owned a car before and am going to look at this one on Saturday. According to the seller it belonged to his uncle who died and so he is selling it on behalf of his Aunt who doesn't drive. This means I would not be going to the address of the registered owner of the car. How worried should I be about this and…
