Car is 02 plate with 45k miles, full history but only some is dealer. A non service item failed which has wreaked the engine. Anyone got any idea if there is a legal comeback against the manufacturer. I don't think Sale of Goods would apply as the car was bought privately when 18 months old. Any tort experts out there?

Is this a power steering problem?

The steering is fine too - not…
