Has anyone had a mortgage declined based on restriction in favour of a management company. The management company was dissolved over 10yrs ago. Property is freehold. Was in place for road maintance. Road remains unadopted. Tresuary has provided disclaimer and land reg have disapplied restriction for purpose of sale.
