Can Mortgage rates increase before the offer is made
After a pretty mad week, we're just about across the finish line and are getting a mortgage offer by Friday. I just wondered, with the rates looking set to increase, could Santander increase the rate in which we applied at? We got a five year fixed at 3.99%.
