Buyer's Mortgage Delay

My buyers mortgage valuation took place on 13th July and she still has not had a mortgage offer through. Has anyone else experienced this sort of delay? I don't know which mortgage provider she has gone to. She is also a FTB. I'm getting concerned that this is all going to fall through 😕

If you don't know which mortgage provider they are using there no way to tell if this is normal or not.
Many mortgage providers will do the survey up front so they still have all the underwriting to get through.
Some mortgage lenders will have it all done and dusted in 2 days, some in 2 months.I am a Mortgage Adviser

As Bet says you cannot second guess what is happening.
You need to relay on your buyer being honest with you as to what is happening.I am a Mortgage Broker
